a little peek at the house redo. project remove-a-fireplace, including having the full room’s walls, ceiling, and floors redone (not by us, obvy). this will not only make our front room usable as a combo dining/family room, but it will also allow the boys to have their own bedrooms.

these photos are a few weeks old, and we’re much farther a long now than shown here. it’s been so fun to watch the undoing of our home. i love seeing what’s underneath. like that ugly brown wallpaper, for instance. maybe it was pretty in 1920-something.

gonna love the redoing even more.
